Time awareness for adults with ADHD
REWIND shows how much of your day is left — not what time it is. A single arc drains through your waking hours, on your Lock Screen and Home Screen.
Questions, bugs, ideas — write to 3822292@gmail.com. I read everything and usually reply within a couple of days.
What is “wind-down”?
The time you intend to end your productive day — not a deadline. The arc counts
down to it. After it passes, nothing goes negative: the app simply shows when
your next day starts.
Why is the evening ring not showing?
It appears only during the last hours before wind-down (four by default,
adjustable in Settings). iOS does not allow apps to start a Live Activity in the
background, so open REWIND once inside that window and the ring will appear on
your Lock Screen.
How do I add a widget?
Long-press your Lock Screen → Customise → tap the widget area → find REWIND.
For the Home Screen, long-press an empty spot → “+” → REWIND.
Can I get my data back if I delete the app?
No. Everything is stored on the device only, so deleting the app deletes the
history with it. An iPhone backup restores it along with the app.
REWIND collects nothing. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, no servers.
Everything the app stores — your day window, timer presets, and your Done list — is kept locally on your device, inside the app’s private storage. This data never leaves the phone: it is not transmitted anywhere, not shared with anyone, and not accessible to the developer.
Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
